Situated on the peaceful outskirts of Birmingham, Dayhouse Farm Fishery & Campsite is a beautiful coarse fishing venue that is surrounded by fields and greenery on all sides. The site is located near Romsley and Halesowen in Worchestershire.

This fishery is made up of 2 pools and has a total of 70 coarse pegs. Additionally, it boasts a top class 3-acre camping and caravan site.

The Bottom Pool is a 46-peg water that is home to stunning carp, tench, roach, perch, gudgeon, rudd, bream and skimmers. The best match record to date is 86 lbs 7oz, however several pleasure catches are over 100 lbs. Favoured pegs include 18, 22, 29 and 38.

On the other hand, the Top Pool is a 33-peg water that is home to carp, tench, roach, perch, gudgeon, rudd, bream and skimmers. Fish best feed during summer months. Favoured pegs include 5, 8, 21 and 30. The best match weight on this pool at present is 70 lbs. This lake is close to the car park.

What size do the fish go to?

Carp go up to over 30 lbs in Bottom Pool and 12 lbs in Top Pool.

  1. Day house is one of the best fisheries around my wife and I fished here the first day that lee opened it he had just one lake then never failed to have good day here my wife even fished on her own and always felt safe the one downside toilets are rubbish just need to update these
