Fishery Information

Dickersons Pit is part of Milton Country Park. It was originally a disused gravel pit which is how a lot of these lovely carp fisheries started. It become a nature reserve in 1990 which meant that a lot of spots were not available to fish from so it’s always hard to try and stalk the fish as there are just some areas you can’t get to.

Apart from the above information, there’s not that much information to go off.

We did find one picture on Google of a carp that was 33lb but that was caught many years ago.

What size do the fish go to?

Carp to mid-30s.

What tactics work well?

What facilities are on site?

There are toilets in the car park

Is parking available?

Yes, there is parking at Milton Country Park
