Lough Feeagh is a freshwater lake in County Mayo, Ireland. It is the largest lake in the Burrishoole catchment area, which consists of seven lakes and numerous river and stream connections. The lake is located north of the city of Newport and offers magnificent views of the surrounding mountains.

The fishery consists of three lakes, namely Lough Furnace, Lough Bunavella, and Lough Feeagh. Lough Feeagh is known for its catch of salmon, sea trout, and brown trout.

What tactics work well?

Fly fishing is the only method allowed in Lough Feeagh.
