Spelga Reservoir is a wild brown trout fishery located in the Mourne Mountains, near the source of the River Bann. It covers an area of 60 hectares and fishing is allowed from 1 March to 31 October. The methods allowed are fly fishing, spinning and worm fishing. Fishing from boats is not permitted.
