Fishery Information

Westlands Angling, which spans  50 acres and features a serene and picturesque setting,  provides customers with some of the finest day ticket coarse fishing the country has to offer. Each of the six lakes has been thoughtfully crafted to provide a unique and, at the same time, a pleasurable challenge for pleasure anglers, match anglers, and specimen anglers alike.

Middle Lake is a coarse mixed lake primarily intended to cater to anglers who fish for fun or compete in matches. The venue maintains consistently high weights throughout the year.

Most of the fish stock in Tench Lake are bream and tench, some of which can grow to over 9 pounds. The lake is an excellent venue for pleasure fishing, featuring comfortable pegs that can accommodate a maximum of 26 anglers. There is availability for match bookings.

There is the same potential at Little Tench Lake as at Tench Lake, but there is also a little more variety. Chub, barbel, and carp up to ten pounds are in the stockings.

The 32-peg canal pond not only provides anglers fishing for fun or competition but also boasts regular weights of around 80 pounds. Body of water frequently proves to be a favorite among the locals, and even in the toughest of conditions, it can produce some excellent catch reports.

Islands Lake is a magnificently designed pleasure and match lake with 23 pegs and constructed to provide each peg with a fish-holding feature.

Syndicate members are the only ones who can fish in the House Lake, which has depths ranging from six to twelve feet.
