The Lyme and Wood Pools are two beautiful fisheries developed by the association in partnership with Cory’s Environmental Ltd. They were created by extending and revitalizing two derelict small ponds located at the rear of Vista Rd. These transformed waters now offer anglers two well-sized fisheries to enjoy.

What size do the fish go to?

The Lyme and Wood Pools are home to a diverse range of fish species. Anglers can encounter various sizes of fish during their fishing sessions. The fish species that can be found include Barbel, Bream, Chub, Common Carp, Crucian Carp, Dace, Eel, Koi Carp, Mirror Carp, Perch, Roach, Rudd, Skimmers, and Tench.
