Fishery Information
Located in peaceful East Grinstead, Beaver Fishery is an attractive fishing venue that boasts 10 waters. With carp to mid-30s and catfish to 80 lbs., this commercial fishery is known for being home to all species of freshwater fish.
Snipe Lake is a 2.5-acre, 4.5 feet deep, carp-only lake that has 12 swims and a central island.
Westlake or Tuscany Lake is a catfish-only lake that has 8 swims, 3 islands and gravel spots. Catfish in this lake go up to 80 lbs..
Jeff’s Lake is one of the newly renovated lakes that offer 1.5 acres of fun-filled action. It holds carp to 8 lbs., but is also home to bream, golden tench, tench, perch, F1s and roach.
With 3.5 acres of water, the Major’s Lake is the biggest lake on site. This general course lake is home to carp and pike to mid-doubles, tench, bream, rudd, roach and crucians.
Designed for match fishing, Maze Lake has a unique shape and holds 25 pegs. It offers excellent marginal fishing and open water fishing and is well-stocked with carp to 10 lbs..
Cleaned, enlarged and redesigned in 1994, Moat Farm Pond holds a good variety of coarse fish with carp to low doubles.
Daughters Lake is a 1.5-acre water with an average depth of 7 feet. Fishing is only allowed from one side of the lake and holds around 90 carp including commons, mirrors and ghosties to mid-doubles, as well as grass carp to low 20s.
Eden Pond is an ideal spot for anglers who want peace and quiet. Surrounded by beautiful trees, this water is home to green tench, golden tench, carp, roach to under 2lbs., and perch.
Junior Lake and Horseshoe Pond are not available for fishing until further notice.
