Fishery Information
We currently have approximately 90 pegs which are spread over several fish-filled lakes. Pleasure, match, and specimen anglers are all welcome. Open matches are run every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, but there are always lots of pegs available with dedicated lakes for the pleasure angler.
What size do the fish go to?
Snake 1:
– Carp up to 10lb
– F1’s up to 5lb
– Bream, Roach, Perch, Gudgeon
Snake 2:
– Carp up to 10lb
– F1’s up to 5lb
– Bream, Roach, Perch, Gudgeon
Kingfisher:
– Carp up to 14lb
– F1’s up to 5lb
– Bream, Roach, Perch, Gudgeon
Meadow:
– Carp up to 14lb
– Bream, Roach, Perch, Gudgeon
Linear:
– Mirror and Common Carp up to 26lb
– Grass Carp up to 24lb
– Koi Carp up to 22lb
– Ghost Carp up to 18lb
– Catfish up to 50lb+
What tactics work well?
Snake 1 & 2: Ideal for pole fishing. Winning weights of 100 – 150lb are not uncommon.
Kingfisher: Suitable for both pole and rod fishing.
Meadow: Ideal for pleasure or club anglers using pole or rod tactics.
Linear: Stocked for specimen anglers looking to catch huge fish. Rules apply.
