Fishery Information

Three miles of double bank fishing are available at Dalmarnock Fishings, located in Perthshire on the River Tay. Anglers come from around the world to fish in River Tay, Scotland’s longest river, famous for its excellent salmon fishing. The Dalmarnock Fishings beat is the longest stretch of water on the Tay, features 15 pools and is home to some of the best spinning and fly fishing in Scotland.

The fishing season typically runs from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. However, during June, July, and August, when the grilse run is in full swing, regular residents frequently fish late into the night and very early in the morning. Tenants who want to fish throughout the day should know that the ghillie might not be available at all times.
