The breathtaking Yorkshire countryside is home to Ellerton Park, located between Richmond and Northallerton. The Yorkshire Dales and its many attractions are within a convenient distance from the park. The park features a 60-acre lake filled with fresh water fed by springs. The lake is home to the water sports centre and a large touring caravan park set in a quiet rural location that overlooks the lake’s west bank.

Fishing is yet another activity that visitors enjoy doing in this park. Coarse fishing at Ellerton Park is excellent. The park is on its way to becoming one of the top carp waters in the region. It is home to bream, roach, perch, pike, and tench. The park only sells season tickets for fishing on the lake, so please plan accordingly.

What facilities are on site?

The caravan park provides electric hookups for both seasonal and occasional touring pitches, as well as a restroom and shower block conveniently located within walking distance of the park. If you don’t feel like cooking or are looking for a sweet treat, gift, or memento to remind you of your trip, you can visit the Ellerton Lakeside Cafe or the Green Frog Garden Shop, respectively, both of which are within walking distance of one another.
