Situated in Hawkhurst, Cranbrook, this stunning location offers a total of 7 lakes, providing fine fishing for both the novice and more seasoned specimen angler.

All of the lakes are a short walk from the car park and are full accessible to the disabled.

The main lake hosts a healthy stock of Carp, as well as the occasional catfish.

Match lake is heavily stocked with Carp, as well as a small mix of coarse fish. The site is considered a premier location, often producing catches of over 200lbs.

Dove Lake is smaller in area and a quieter location than the main lake, however, the site still boasts a healthy stock of Common and Mirror Carp. There are a total of 8 swims, with a maximum of 6 anglers permitted to fish at any one time.

Four trees Lake is a beautiful day ticket spot spanning 6 acres. The location is ideal for anglers who seek peace and quiet, as well as a productive day’s fishing. The lake is homes to a good stock Carp and Tench.

Specimen lake is for members only and caters to the more seasoned angler. Participants must possess at least 5 years’ experience and own equipment capable of landing and protecting large Carp and Catfish.

Quarry lake is a popular spot that is open only to day ticket anglers. The Lake is healthily stocked with both Carp and Catfish. Parking is available adjacent to the water’s edge, making this spot ideal for disabled anglers.

What size do the fish go to?

The facilities offer a healthy stock of Commons and Mirrors reaching 38lbs. Catfish have been caught up to 40lbs and the average range of fish sits between 25lbs and 30 lbs.

What tactics work well?

Catfish can be enticed by using legered luncheon meat. Using a feeder with sweetcorn or worms often proves successful in terms of catching larger Carp. In the warmer months, anglers find using pellets and boilies to be particularly effective.

What facilities are on site?

The entire complex is centred around a café which provides freshly prepared meals as well as hot and cold beverages. Clean toilet and shower facilities are also readily accessible. The location has been planned with disabled access constantly being kept in mind.
