Fishery Information

This peaceful, picturesque and sheltered fishery was purchased in September 2000 with the generous support of Sports Council Lottery Grant. It consists of 3 separate ponds that are well-stocked with a variety of fish.

Situated outside Storrington, this venue has been subject to an extensive fishery management programme and significant stocking. It has a lot to offer for match, pleasure and specimen anglers.

The Tench Pond is a small idyllic pond stocked with crucian carp to over 3 lbs. and tench to 7 lbs.. Situated adjacent to the car park, this water is ideal for disabled anglers. There are also swims that are designated specifically for them.

Originally stocked with carp to 20 lbs., the Middle Pond is a mixed fishery that is well-stocked with bream, perch, roach, rudd and tench.

Designed for match anglers, Match Pond has an island running down the middle. It has 15 pegs and is well-stocked with small carp, bream, roach, rudd and tench. Even though it is originally designed for match anglers, this water is also popular with pleasure anglers.

This site is open all year round. A gate key code is required to access this venue.
