Fishery Information

A fishery that occupies part of a well-maintained country park, Kelsey Gardens offers a small fishing lake that is still under development, yet promises to become a popular location for coarse fishing thanks to beautiful surroundings.

Not far from Hull in East Yorkshire and easily accessible from the main road networks, Kelsey Gardens will eventually provide 30 pegs on the North Lake and many bivvy pegs among them.

The North Lake houses a good head of sizeable carp, plus other coarse species including bream, roach and perch among others. There is little information on the size of the fish as Kelsey Gardens underwent a lengthy closure due to covid-19. The fishery is now open once again, and welcoming day ticket anglers.

What size do the fish go to?

Carp can be found in double figures, with good weights of bream, roach and others.

What facilities are on site?

The lake is one part of a larger facility that offers a range of activities and attractions. Within Kelsey Gardens there is a refreshment bar that opens at certain times.

Is parking available?

Parking is available at Kelsey Gardens with plenty of available spaces.
