Brasenose One is a 32-acre day ticket water that is home to mirror carp to over 44 lbs. Brasenose Two is the largest carp water on site that is home to mirror carp to over 40 lbs, common carp to over 33 lbs and ghost carp to 30 lbs 1 oz.
Hardwick Lake and Smiths Pools are two of the original carp lakes on site. Both waters are home to carp to over 40 lbs, common carp to 39.14 lbs, mirror carp to 43.10 lbs, ghost carp to 25 lbs, pike to 31 lbs, bream to over 15 lbs, tench to over 11 lbs and roach to 3 lbs 15 oz.
Hunts Corner Lake is the venue’s exclusive carp lake that is home to over 400 carp, 40% of which are over 20 lbs in weight.
Located just a short walk from the Hunts Corner Lake car park, Hunts Corner Pond has 15 well-spaced swims.
Regarded as the best water for catching big fish, Manor Farm Lake is a 14-acre water that is home to mirror carp to 48.13 lbs, ghost carp to 35 lbs, common carp to 36.08 lbs, tench to over 12 lbs, pike, rudd and catfish.
Oxlease Lake is a 26-acre water that holds mirror carp to 45.04 lbs, common carp to 52.14 lbs, pike to 22 lbs and tench to 11 lbs.
Located next to the tackle shop, One Summer Pond holds carp into double figures, crucian carp, tench and silverfish.
St. John’s Lake is an 18-acre water that holds common carp to 48 lbs, mirror carp to 48.12 lbs, tench to 12 lbs, bream to 15 lbs and pike to over 28 lbs.
Known as the syndicate waters on site, Gaunts Lake, Unity Lake and Yeoman’s Lake hold common carp to over 45.13 lbs, mirror carp to 52 lbs 9 oz and ghost carp to 42.08.
