Manor Farm Leisure is located in the picturesque village of Harvington, close to Evesham in the county of Worcestershire, in idyllic countryside and its scenic surroundings. It has something for everyone, whether you are a specialist, a match man, or just an angler who fishes for fun. Seven stillwaters brimming with fish and two sections of the Warwickshire Avon are some of the attractions at the farm.

Carp, tench, roach, perch, and bream can all be caught in Windmill Lake, which has 35 fishing pegs and depths that range from five to twelve feet. The lake is surrounded by a dense forest, protecting it from the wind on particularly stormy days.

Boundary Pool is primarily a mixed lake home to a wide variety of species, and it has 44 pegs. The lake covers an area of 3 acres and has a shelf that extends entirely around it at approximately 5 feet deep.

The Bottom Pool is a shallower pool that contains carp, roach, bream, and perch. There are 30 pegs in this pool.

The Middle Pool is the shallowest of the three pools despite having 30 pegs. It is a purpose-built match pool with a shelf that extends the entire circumference of the pool and measures 4 feet in height, followed by a drop of 1 foot.

The Island Pool is a match pool that spans 3.5 acres and features an island in the middle. It has 39 pegs. The pool has depths ranging from 4 feet up to 8 feet.

The depths of Ash Pool range from four to eight feet. It is a small match pool with 25 pegs. It is perfect for clubs or small opens.

There are 12 pegs in the Wood Pool and a heavy stock of carp, tench, roach, and perch.

What size do the fish go to?

Windmill Pool and Ash Pool carp is from 8oz to 25lb

Boundary Pool carp go up to 25lb

Bottom Pool carp from 1lb to 25lb

Middle Pool has carp averaging 4lb and tench to 3lb

At Island Pool carp go up to double figures but the majority of them are around the 2.5lb mark

What tactics work well?

Pole and float fishing. Best baits are maggot, corn, meat and pellet.
