Badger Lake spans approximately 1.5 acres and is the largest of the 3 waters. Furthermore, there are long reeds and trees which give a tranquil feel to the site. The waters are well stocked with Bream, Roach, Rudd, and Carp.

Mallard Lake spans approximately 3 quarters of an acre. Additionally, there are over 20 spacious pegs, several of which are accessible to the disabled angler. Again, the water boasts a healthy stock of Bream, Chub, Rudd, Roach and Carp.
