Fishery Information

Located in Lutterworth, Leicestershire, Peatling Pools offers a prime location for the keen Carp angler. There are 3 pools in total, all of which host various fishing features such as reeds, lilies and mature trees.

Each pool has a number of spacious pegs, several of which are fully accessible to the disabled and elderly angler. Malcolm Pool and Magna Pool are the two largest and most popular sites, with both holding good heads of Bream, Tench, Roach and Carp. However, the smaller Parva Pool is also a fantastic place to fish and can offer up surprises from time to time.

The waters are open daily to members and day ticket anglers until 7pm, with day tickets starting from £8

What size do the fish go to?

Bream, Tench and Roach generally weigh between 3 and 8lbs. Smaller Carp can be located in the Parva Pool, with Malcolm Pool and Magna Pool offering up Carp well into double figures.

What tactics work well?

Using a feeder with worms, sweetcorn or maggots is generally good practice. Also, during the warmer months, anglers like to utilise pellets and boilies.

What facilities are on site?

Clean and accessible toilet facilities are open to guests.
