Peterstone Lakes is tucked away behind a farm along the Lanes and the foreshore road that leads to Newport, South Wales. Despite its remote location, it is one of the most important fishing waters for the Wales Carp Championship and The Carp Cup UK.

Peterstone Lakes consists of four lakes that are ideal for coarse fishing. A syndicate is in charge of the fishing in the facility.

Pencil Lake is a great place to go fishing because it has a diverse selection of fish. Swan Lake is home to perch, barbel, roach, rudd, tench, orfe, and carp. Carp Lake has carp, bream, and orfe,

Also available is the Birch Syndicate Lake, a large lake with a set of attributes, and a well-designed complex that caters to anglers of all skill levels and experience levels. The lake offers Pike fishing in the winter, carp, bream, and perch.
