Controlled by the Kelvedon District Angling Association, Seabrooks Reservoir is a 3-acre well-established water located in Little Leighs just outside of Chelmsford. This water is known for being home to stunning common carp, mirror carp, roach, rudd to 2 lbs, perch to 3.8 lbs, bream, crucians and tench. Because of its carp residents that weigh over 20 lbs, this reservoir is known to many as a carp water.

Carp go to over 20 lbs, rudd to 2 lbs and perch to 3.8 pounds.

What tactics work well?

Smaller carp and large roach and rudd respond well to meat, sweet corn, pellet and paste. Small roach and rudd respond well to maggots. During the autumn season, casters fished over hemp can result in bags of larger coach.

What facilities are on site?

On-site facilities include a car park and a toilet.
