Shackells Lake is a large fishing pond located in Ashton, Bath, Wiltshire and managed by Amalgamated Fisheries Ltd. The depths vary from 7 feet to 15 feet at dam end, it is approximately 300m walk across field from car park, and the perfect destination to sit and catch an array of exciting fish, whether you are an expert or an amateur fisherman this offers a challenge for everyone.
The fishery has a good head of bream, tench, rudd, roach, huge carp, and the occasional gudgeon . Additional day permit £2 for members only to be obtained in advance from most local tackle shops in Bath and Bristol (bookable up to 4 days in advance)
