Created in 2006 and opened in 2007, Stake Hill Fishery is a beautiful pond that boasts about a dozen of well-spaced pegs. Situated on high ground overlooking the Aire Valley to the South, this fishery is surrounded by trees that create a shield against prevailing wind.

The initial stocking has shown good early growth rates. As of April 2008, there were carp weighing to 3 lbs, skimmers to 10 ounces and golden rudd to 4 ounces.
