Developed in 2019, Marshview is the most recent lake to be added to the site. The water spans across 8 acres, with numerous spacious pegs, several of which are accessible to the disabled angler. Furthermore, the lake boasts a healthy number of large Carp.

Specimen Lake is a mature setting with a range of fishing features. Moreover, The water spans approximately 2.5 acres and is home to numerous Carp.

Long Lake has recently been reopened and is now an ideal spot for the day ticket angler who seeks out Carp.

Home Lake is the venue’s original lake. At approximately 1.5 acres, this peaceful spot is ideal for those who are looking to relax by seeking out Tench, Bream, Rudd, Perch and Carp.

Canal Lake is an L shaped stretch of water that boasts its own Island. Also, the venue contains a good head of Bream and Carp.

What size do the fish go to?

Tench, Bream, Perch and Roach generally weigh between 3 and 8lbs. Carp are frequently landed in double figures, with the largest species coming in over 20lbs.
