Beggars Hall has a lake that spans 2.7 acres and is located in the idyllic countryside. The fishery consists of twenty-five pegs, and an island located at the south end of the lake. Each peg offers a unique set of features and strategies.

It is important to exercise caution when fishing around the swims on the dam bank because of their steepness, especially when it is wet. Tench, Mirror Carp, Common Carp, Crucian, Bream, Roach, Rudd, Gudgeon, and Perch are the most prominent fish species in the lake. The fishery is open all year-round.
