Open all year round, Blackland Lakes is a campsite and fishing venue perfect for people who are looking to experience a calming and relaxing break. Established in 1984, this 15-acre site comprises 6 small tree-lined paddocks and 3 small lakes. Two of the lakes are used for coarse fishing and the other one is used as a nature reserve for wildfowl.

This site offers 180 pitches for caravans and tents, 130 of which have electricity and 15 are considered as premium pitches because they have all main services.

Dogs are allowed on site, but they need to be kept on lead at all times.

What size do the fish go to?

Carp go to 25 lbs and perch to over 3 lbs.

What tactics work well?

What facilities are on site?

The log-cabin style amenities include all usual facilities, mother and baby as well as disabled and individual cubicles and sinks with plentiful hot water.
