Created and developed as a pleasure fishery, Brandesburton Burshill A Pond is a 1.5-acre water that is one of the 2 ponds in the Brandesburton Complex. Shallow and flat-bottomed, this pond is heavily stocked with small fish of most species. It is home to carp to 23 lbs, tench to over 6 lbs, crucian carp to over 2 lbs and perch to over 2 lbs.

This pond is well-sheltered from the wind, so it provides comfort for anglers.
