Cofton’s Fishing Lodges, tucked away in the Devon Valley, provide something a little bit different for your fishing vacation in Devon. After spending the day relaxing on the banks, guests can retire to one of the facility’s luxurious lodges, renovated to an extremely high degree.
The lodges are nestled into the hillside. They provide some of the nicest views over the Devon countryside. They are also just a short five-minute walk from the water’s edge, where you can cast off and fish in the excellent fishing lakes located on the property.
The fishing lakes are reserved solely for the use of the visitors of the resort, and they are widely regarded as the finest destination in the UK for carp fishing vacations. 71 pegs are uniformly distributed across all five lakes.
The easily accessible pegs, gravel bars, reed borders, lily pads, and islands, make fishing here a worthwhile venture. Anglers have been drawn to the lakes for many years because of the Big Carp, and the various kinds include mirror The Cofton carp, Common Carp, and even koi-cross common carp.
