Fishery Information

The Hurlston fishery is man-made lake established in 1983 or 1984, as a trout-fishing venue. It served that purpose for approximately ten years before transitioning into a mixed coarse and specimen fishing lake.

The family-run fishing spot has an incredible supply of carp and coarse fish. In addition to bream, tench, and silvers, the man-made lake is home to a variety of other fish species.

What size do the fish go to?

The fish can exceed the 20lb mark.
