Situated in the stunning countryside location of Newdigate, Surrey, Newdigate Farms Estate presents an ideal spot for the keen Carp angler. The site comprises of 9 lakes in total, spanning across 3 different farm estates.

Snake Lake is approximately 2 acres in size and has a total of 30 pegs, several of which are accessible to the elderly and disabled angler. Additionally, the lake is home to a variety of Tench, Bream, Roach and Carp.

Copse Meadow Lake is ¾ of an acre in size and houses a good number of Specimen Tench.

Housing a good number of Pike, Carp and Catfish, Centre Lake is a prime fishing location with over 30 pegs available.

At just under an acre in size, Paddock Lake is home to a healthy number of Tench and Carp. Furthermore, the site boasts a variety of fishing features, such as reeds and mature trees.

Guinea Lake and Bean Lake are over 5-acres each and both host a good number of Bream, Perch and Carp.

Jenny’s Lake, Clover Lake and Canal Lake have a combined total of pegs that exceeds 50. Moreover, all of these waters have a wide selection of Bream, Tench and Carp.

What size do the fish go to?

Bream, Tench and Roach generally weigh between 3-8lbs. Carp, Pike and Catfish are frequently landed in double figures, with the larger fish exceeding 30lbs.

What tactics work well?

Luncheon meat tends to work well as bait. Furthermore, using a feeder with sweetcorn or worms works well in enticing the larger Carp.
