Fishery Information

Nuddock Wood Lake is a mature sand pit that dates back over fifty years. The lake, which spans 8.6 acres, is in North Lincolnshire on a 16-acre site surrounded on all sides by mature trees and open fields. The complex features 13 luxury swims, of which three are luxury lodge swims. The remaining ten are reserved for the members of the syndicate.

There are plenty of gullies, plateaus, and drop offs to fish to throughout the lake, which ranges in depth from 12 to 18 feet. The lake also generates a substantial amount of natural aquatic weed cover throughout the spring and summer months for the fish.

There are approximately 150 carp living in the lake, 110 of which were stocked in 2013. A few of these fish have already surpassed the thirty-pound mark already. The remaining fish are from the older, original stock, and they are mostly common carp that can weigh up to 28 pounds. The newly introduced fish are voracious eaters, and they have already begun to pack on the pounds.

A 2-acre “match style” lake with 22 pegs can be found to the south of the Specimen Lake. This lake is stocked with more than 900 carp that can weigh up to 6 pounds.

PTZ Speed Dome security cameras equipped with night vision are installed to keep an eye on the complex, and the electronically controlled fishery gates come equipped with intercom access. Anglers do not have to worry about their safety or security while they are at the venue.
