Fishery Information

Located in Hampshire, Three Oaks Fishery is a fantastic destination for caravan campers and anglers alike in the village of Denmead, not far from Waterlooville. The fishery comprises two lakes, each of which is in pristine condition. Each year, the lakes are fished using nets to determine the current stock levels and maintain robust biomass.

Dan & Brad’s Lake is specimen water with huge carp stocked there every winter by VS Fisheries (currently up to 20lb). A good head of Golden and Green Tench, Crucian Carp, Goldfish, Roach, Rudd, F1’s, Glass Carp, Bream, and specimen Eels up to 8 lb. are also available. On Dan & Brad’s Lake, children under the age of 16 must always have an adult with them.

You should prepare for more frequent bites if you go to Luke’s Lake. Most species are kept in significantly larger quantities, although their sizes are maintained at a smaller level. Luke’s Lake is perfect for recreational fishing and is accessible to anglers of all experience levels and fishing backgrounds. On this Lake, children younger than 16 years old may fish unattended if they have permission from their parents.

What tactics work well?

Because the welfare of the fish is of the utmost importance at this fishery, you are expected to familiarize yourself with and abide by all of the guidelines. In the event that you overfeed your swim, particularly with complete boilies, you will not attract fish. You will terrify them instead. An excessive amount of feeding is bad for the lake because it encourages the accumulation of silt, which in turn encourages the growth of algae and causes oxygen levels to drop. All anglers require an unhooking mat, carp care & decent sized landing net, and no barbed hooks.
