Tooting Common Lakeside Park Information

Located in London, the Lake has an island at the centre. The lakes are easy to access. Provides coarse angling. Tooting Common holds two lakes. The larger lake is open for fishing and allowed from the designated platforms. The smaller lake is closed for fishing.

The Lake has stocks of Bream, Perch, Carp, Roach, Gudgeon.

What size do the fish go to?

Carp up to 30lbs+

Catfish up to 50lbs+

Pike up to 17lbs+

Perch up to 4lbs+

What tactics work well?

Fishing the waggler work here. Float Fishing and Trickling in with a few samples of bait will get good results.

Legering a worm will produce a Perch or Bream.

Floating baits in Summer produce some Carp.

Small pellets, maggots and sweetcorn should keep the bites coming.

Two Rods Allowed.

No Bait Boats.
