Fishery Information

Occupying a lovely spot in the Berkshire countryside is Whitehouse Farm Lake, a popular fishery that is actually three connected lakes on one site. Easy to find and reach, the fishery is close to the village of Tadley and is popular with locals and those from afar.

The fishery was recently stocked with young carp that have reached good sizes, with many in double figures. The biggest are believed to be in the 18b range, and these fish are caught quite regularly. New pegs have recently been installed adding extra variety to the lake.

Large bream can be found in Lake 1 – the deepest of the three – along with double figure carp, bream and skimmers, with the other two lakes being primarily carp plus a few roach and perch.

The lakes contain an island which can also be accessed for fishing, adding to the appeal of the beautifully maintained fishery. As the lake is directly next to Tadley Market the main entrance cannot be used on market days, and alternative entrances are indicated to visitors.

Although a club-run water, Whitehouse Farm does allow guest tickets, but there are no day tickets available for non-members.
