Located in the heart of idyllic Cheshire countryside, Clay Lane Trout Fishery is famous for its quality and wide variety of trout species, which include brown, rainbow, golden, blue, brook and tiger trout.

This 2-acre sprig-fed private and secluded lake set is situated for easy access between Wilmslow, Alderley Edge and Knutsford and within 7.5 miles of J19 on the M6 and just 4 miles from J6 on the M56.

This water is ideal for both novice and experienced fly fishers. Anglers who are looking to improve their angling skills can get training here because there is a qualified instructor available on site.

The venue is open daily, from 7am until dusk during summer and from 8am until dusk during winter.

Day and sporting tickets are available for this fishery. Children under the age of 12 are free on sporting ticket with fishing adult. Free drinks are also offered on site.
