Located in Newark, Nottinghamshire, Sapphire lakes is a beautiful location that affords a fantastic day’s sport to anglers of all abilities. The venue comprises of three lakes, all of which boast numerous fishing features as well as healthy stocks of fish.

At 4.5 acres, the Carp Lake presents the largest water on site. Furthermore, the reeds, lily pads and small Island make for a tranquil setting. Also, the waters are well stocked with Bream, Roach, Tench and Carp.

The Match Lake is approximately 4 acres in size. Additionally, the mature trees around the permitter offer a sense of privacy as well as housing various wildlife species. Crucially, this spot has a healthy stock of Carp, Tench, Rudd, and Bream.

The third lake is the smallest setting at 1.5 acres. However, there are still plenty of fish and juniors and novices will find it to be an extremely rewarding site.

What size do the fish go to?

Bream, Tench, Rudd, and Roach typically weigh between 2 and 9 lbs. Furthermore, Carp are commonly landed in double figures, with the largest specimen exceeding 20lbs.
