Rackheath Springs Lake

Address

Wroxham Road, Rackheath, NR13 6NE, Norfolk, United Kingdom

Fishery Information

The original club water for the Wroxham and District Angling Club, Rackheath Springs is a specialist lake for those with a focus on large carp fishing.

This lake is just over three acres in size, with a depth of about four feet on average.

The water is spring-fed and gin clear, with weeds accumulating in the summer months. This adds a few extra wrinkles to the fishing when it gets warm, but the rewards at Rackheath Springs are high.

This spot operates on a limited membership ticket for about 25 inside of the Club itself, so getting in at Rackheath can be a little difficult. Those who want to join the waiting list must use the application provided by the Wroxham and District Angling Club.

Carp, bream, and tench are found in these waters. There are 10 swims at Rackheath.

Night fishing is allowed.
