Fishery Information

This fascinating fishery is located close to Romsey in Hampshire, and it features some of the best coarse and river fishing in the area. It is situated on 26 acres of gorgeous forest and water meadows.

The fisheries consist of a string of four spring-fed lakes that are encircled by a picturesque agricultural setting. Ant and Mandy, both avid anglers, are the site’s owners and operators. They understand what makes a venue exciting for fishing and keep the location up to a high standard.

The lakes have been stocked with a wide variety of fish species, including some impressive specimens of pike and carp, as well as some excellent bream and tench. The fishery is also home to Roach and Rudd of a respectable size, and it boasts specimen Perch that weigh more over 4 pounds.

A one-mile stretch of the famous River Blackwater offers outstanding opportunities for river fishing. This section of the river is home to large roach, brownies, bream, and grayling. There have been reports of sea trout inhabiting this particular section of the Blackwater River.  Fishing is permitted from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. daily.

Carp can go to the excess of 30lb

Perch can go to the excess of 4lb

Feeder fishing with barbless micro barbed hooks only.
